Multipotentiality
We are multidimensional creatures and seek answers in many complementary ways. Each serves a purpose, and we need them all. - Marcelo Geiser, The Island of Knowledge.

Facilitation
I am a professional facilitator and host for meaningful conversations, collective wisdom, leadership, and personal development. Embracing the emergent and allowing myself to surrender to the present moment, I serve groups by connecting head, heart, hands, and spirit in service to a higher good. Compassion, courage, tenderness, and joy are my guiding principles.
I am honored to be a faculty member and senior facilitator of the Presencing Institute, an organization founded by Otto Scharmer and colleagues to create a platform for action and research at the intersection of science, consciousness, and profound social and organizational change.
I first began training as a facilitator in 2012 during a Master's program in Strategic Leadership for Sustainability in Sweden, where I had the privilege of spending a year with 60 people from 26 countries.
I have worked in Costa Rica, Peru, Bolivia, Guatemala, El Salvador, Uruguay, and Ecuador. Some methodologies I enjoy using as tools/lenses are Theory U, Social Presencing Theater, Art of Hosting, Empathetic Communication (NVC), and Flow Game. I have trained in Costa Rica, Sweden, and the USA.
I estimate that 5,540 people have gone through workshops I have co-facilitated, and 4,810 people have attended the talks I have given. I have worked with groups of up to 500 people, with companies, international organizations, municipalities, NGOs, communities, families, and individuals. Focuses have included strengthening authentic and collaborative leadership skills, co-creating prototypes with systemic impact, and opening portals for intergenerational and collective healing.
So, here I am, in service.
Árboles Mágicos is a nonprofit social enterprise in Costa Rica founded in 2010. It is a movement that invites us to pause to contemplate the beauty of trees and surrender to their presence to enhance our individual and collective flourishing. The purpose of Árboles Mágicos is to be a bridge of regeneration and individual and collective well-being through the celebration of flowering trees.

More than 3,900 people have volunteered directly with the Foundation, and more than 100,000 people have been inspired by Árboles Mágicos projects, bringing us closer to the subtleties that nature reveals. It is a matter of intentionally approaching a tree, allowing oneself to embrace its beauty and surrender to its presence.
We help companies organize volunteer reforestation programs and invite groups and individuals to participate in tree planting, maintenance, and nursery work. We also lead urban walks and activities to appreciate nature in the city and design products that aim to create a culture that appreciates trees.

We have planted more than 35,000 native trees in biological corridors, impacted more than 5,000 schoolchildren across the country, and generated more than 55 urban interventions to connect with nature. We have worked across sectors with 54 companies, 12 NGOs, government institutions, and dozens of communities.

Pucci Publishing
With a vision to regenerate culture and spirit through visual stories that inspire and raise meaningful questions, the company has received an environmental mention in the Best for the World report for the past three years.
Some of the most popular titles are Costa Rica Aérea (Aerial Costa Rica), Pura Gente (Pure People), and Árboles Mágicos (Magic Trees). Pucci Publishing is a pioneering certified B Corporation in Costa Rica.
Pucci Publishing conceives, photographs, edits, and distributes coffee table books about Costa Rica that showcase its fascinating nature, urban environments, and rural landscapes, as well as its people, customs, and traditions.

For more than 14 years, and before receiving any environmental certification, Pucci Publishing has produced its books with paper certified from sustainable sources such as the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). The printers they work with have environmental certifications, such as the ISO 14001 Soil Association certification for their compostable inks. After years of searching and working with various suppliers, they found a compostable plastic made from yucca to wrap their books, which need protection in a humid climate like Costa Rica.

The Puccis are brand ambassadors for their contribution to Costa Rica's identity and the promotion of this country as a laboratory for peace and culture with nature.

This small family publishing company was founded by Giancarlo, his brother, Sergio, and their father, Juan José Pucci.
They have published more than 12 titles that are sold in Costa Rica, the USA, Canada, Europe, and many other countries through Amazon.

Several of their books are all-time bestsellers in the leading bookstores in Costa Rica.
